- CSC Application Form (filled online in Chinese or English)
- Passport main page, valid after September 2027 (in China? also your visa or residence permit page)
- Notarized highest degree certificate (current students: a pre-graduation certificate)
- Transcripts from Bachelor’s onwards (notarized English translation if not in English or Chinese)
- HSK 5 score report (valid)
- Research plan in Chinese or English: Master’s 2,000+ words PhD 4,000+ words, signed by your supervisor
- Two recommendation letters from professors, with name, employer, title and contact details
- Foreigner Physical Examination Form (valid for 6 months; bring the original to China)
- Non-criminal record, issued within 6 months
- Awards and research achievements (if any)
- Pre-admission notice: upload it to CSC after you pass YNNU’s assessment

📝 Step-by-Step Guide
- Choose your major from the official Master’s list or PhD list.
- PhD applicants: contact a YNNU supervisor and get your research plan signed.
- Apply on CampusChina.org: register, choose Type B, enter 10681 and upload your documents.
- Apply on ynnu.at0086.cn/student: register and upload your documents plus your CSC Application Form.
- Attend the interview. YNNU emails you the time and method. Missing it cancels your application.
- Upload your pre-admission notice to the CSC system. The CSC then makes the final decision.

🛂 After Admission
- YNNU sends your admission documents electronically.
- Take your passport, Admission Notice, JW201 form and medical form with the original report to the Chinese Embassy to apply for an X1 student visa.
- Register at YNNU on time and bring your original diploma. If you’re two weeks late without a valid reason, your admission is cancelled.
- You can receive only one scholarship.
